FTT: False Twist Textured. AF&&Y's newest state of the art texturing technology making high performance warp yarns to replace polyester. Up to 25% yield advantages with equivalent cover factors.
Denier range: 200-300 Denier per filament: 4
FDBCF: Fine Denier Bulked Continuous Filament. A texturing technology developed and used exclusively by AF&&Y. This technology offers the bulk characteristics of a carpet yarn in deniers suitable for upholstery warp applications.
Denier range: 165-350 Denier per filament: 2-4
BCF: Bulked Continuous Filament yarns for warp and fill.
Denier range: 1200-2400 Denier per filament: 11
