This group consists of the largest variety of yarn types and deniers offered by the domestic or global fiber producer. All of these yarns are made and textured in our three facilities for direct shipment from our dock to yours without the need for any middlemen. This provides the basics for our control of the yarn quality, delivery and price and leads to greater customer satisfaction. These yarns continue to be the largest percentage of our business and hold a bright future.

 Warp Yarns
Essera Warp yarns consist of products which have been in our portfolio for years and also our newest state of the art textured yarn technology. Essera Warp yarns are a practical approach to all warping needs for decorative fabrics for the Residential and Contract interior fabrics.
Essera's lightweight, low specific gravity (less than 1) is ideal for warping applications. The yarn provides better coverage, better yield, using lower deniers, than all other fibers used in warp applications.
