FEATURES & BENEFITS

Chemical Resistant
Polypropylene yarns are inert and therefore resistant to most chemicals, acids, bases, and solvents.

Colorfast
"Solution dyeing" is the most colorfast of all coloring methods.

Durable
Fabric meets all requirements for abrasion resistance

Easy Care
Most stains can be removed with soap and water. Chlorine bleach can be used for stubborn stains without fading or degrading the fabric.

Moisture regain
The moisture regain of polypropylene is 0% because it is hydrophobic, or water hating. Fabrics made with polypropylene will not absorb water into the fibers and therefore will dry very fast.

Specific gravity
The specific gravity of polypropylene is <1.0 which makes it the lightest fiber in use today. Because the specific gravity of water is 1.0, fabrics made with polypropylene will float.
